Now for the serious stuff.  We're not serious about much, except having fun and helping promote the sanity level of the parents in our community.  We've been residents of Oakland County for over 10 years and we love it here!  Now that children have entered our life, turned it upside down, sideways, backwards, and slightly crooked, we decided to open up Giggle Beans, an age appropriate play place for children and their parents.

We liked the play structures at the mall until our 18 month old got run over by a 12 year old and later inadvertently wandered off into the food court. We wanted to create a fun, safe atmosphere for children aged 0-7 years, and even well behaved older children (video games!).  

In addition to being cool people, we are SLAVES to our computers and realize how difficult it is to accomplish pc tasks when your 1 year old has a permanent marker in her hands and your 3 year old is showing her how to draw on daddy's tv.  So, Giggle Beans offers free wi-fi access and even free workstations/printers for you, while your child plays in a fun, safe, permanent-marker-free environment.  Please note that adult supervision of your children is required at all times and for security reasons, our staff members must remain in the front check-in area.

On another note, we are proud germophobes and every teeny tiny crevice of our play equipment is disinfected twice daily.  We also encourage random acts of cleaning, so if the mood strikes you, feel free to grab a spray bottle from any one of our strategically placed cleaning stations and wipe away!
